Vodacom Twende Butiama ® is an annual cycling event which mobilizes cyclists around the country to cycle from Dar es Salaam to Butiama with the main objective to commemorate the Death Anniversary for the , Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere who died on October 14th, 1999.
